SHIPPING

We send our products all over the world.

All customers can order their products and be safe in the knowledge that their purchase will be handmade, hand packed and delivered by a courier or postal service most suitable for your area.

Our products are glass, so every precaution is taken when packaging your gifts. 

• We aim to complete all orders within 4 weeks, or sooner if possible. If your order is likely to take any longer for whatever reason, we will contact you and let you know. 

• We send all of our products via courier, so all deliveries will need a signature upon arrival.

Please remember, we are a small company and all our items are unique and individually handmade. This means our products are given our personal care and attention until the job is right. 

If you would like more information about delivery for a product that you have already ordered, please get in touch with us. You can do this using the contact link on your order confirmation email. If you have any questions at all please let us know and we’ll be very happy to help.

Unfortunately, glass products can not be insured, so some items are sent at the buyer's own risk.
