RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. But if you are not, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

In the interests of hygiene and for your protection, we do not accept returns of pierced earrings unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. This policy is in line with UK law.

If your item has arrived damaged or broken, we can review your purchase for a refund. If a refund is agreed, to return an item the product must be returned within its packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed once the jewellery item has been returned, checked over and damage confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not damaged or broken beyond their description, or the issue is not highlighted within 14 days of delivery. Any refunds will be made using the original payment method and only once your item has been returned by post. It can take up to 14 days for your returned parcel to reach us. Once we have received your parcel, we will refund your order as quickly as we can. Payment will be refunded within 14 days of satisfactory receipt of your returned items . (Please note that refund times are dictated by your card issuer and are outside our control). For items purchased in discount offers, we will refund the price paid.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
