Trejayne is a glass blower based in Scotland, UK and over the past 4 years has taught herself the art of Flameworking – a modern approach to glass blowing that uses a torch rather than a traditional furnace.  

Since 2021, she has documented her learning journey via social media and has gained an audience of over 2million. By sharing her experiences online, including her triumphs and fails, she hopes to inspire a young generation to take up the craft and bring glass blowing back to a modern audience.

Over the years she has developed an artistic style to create unique whimsical pieces such as; pens, flowers, crowns and goblets often
inspired by pop culture and tv shows.

 She is also the creator of Glass Nail Rings, an innovative glass product that allows people to wear beautiful removable rings to mimic the looks of false nails. In 2024, Trejayne featured her prototype at Paris Fashion week alongside Diane de Paris collection.

 “I have never been able to get my nails done, as I have always worked with my hands and use dangerous equipment in my workshop. I have a small child and have a lot of practical hobbies such as rock climbing, running, and whittling – false nails just aren’t appropriate.”

In 2025 she was accepted for a scholarship at the Corning Museum of Glass in New York and in 2026 she intends to go to visits Venice to learn from the Venetian glass blowers.

 Scottish Parliament – used her voice to create awareness of Heritage crafts in Scotland in the hopes of reviving industries of makers. And the need for growth spaces for small businesses.
